Armed attack targets military checkpoint in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 8 (YPA) – Unknown gunmen on Sunday attacked a military checkpoint belonging to the UAE-backed southern transitional council’s militia in Aden province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The gunmen shot at a military post of al-Sulaban camp in al-Arish area of Khor Maksar district, the sources explained.

The sources did not reveal the victims of the attack, or its perpetrators and their motives.
