Hadi’s forces in Abyan await orders to storm Aden

ABYAN, Oct. 13 (YPA) – Hadi’s forces and Islah Party’s armed factions in Shabwa province and in the outskirts of Abyan province on Sunday continued to advance towards the center of Abyan province in southern Yemen in prelude to control the port city of Aden.

Deputy governor of Abyan province loyal to Hadi’s government Sheikh Walid al-Fadhli said “our forces in Shoqra front are waiting for Hadi’s orders to advance towards Aden.”

He added that the next few days would witness qualitative and poignant surprises in the light of large variables.

A source close to the governor revealed the joining of tribal groups from Abyan tribes supporting the battle of liberating Aden from the UAE-backed militias, noting that new groups had arrived at Sheikh al-Fadhli camp in Shoqra.
