2 Palestinians killed by Israeli shelling in Gaza
SANAA, May 4 (YPA) – Two Palestinians were killed and others were wounded on Friday evening by Israeli shelling which targeted a training site for the resistance east of the Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
According to the Ministry of Health, two Palestinians were killed and two others were critically injured by the Israeli shelling.
Local sources said that the Israeli occupation planes targeted the site of “Battalion 13” belonging to the Brigades of the Martyr Izz el-Deen al-Qassam, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) east of the refugee camp with two missiles.
For its part, the enemy army said it bombed a military site of Hamas “in response to the shooting against an army force near the security fence in the central sector.”
The enemy army announced that one soldier was moderately wounded and was slightly wounded by the sniper operation.
