Supreme Political Council condemns coalition massacre in Kushar

SANAA, March 14 (YPA) – The Supreme Political Council on Wednesday condemned the hideous massacre committed by Saudi-led coalition aircrafts on Sunday in Kushar district of Hajjah province, which left dozens of civilian victims of women and children.

In its meeting chaired by President  Mahdi al-Mashat, the Council hailed victories of the army and popular committees in Kushar district and saluted  the resumption of the local and security authorities’ functions and their ability to enforce security and normalize the situation in the district.

The Council renewed its fixed position toward peace and the political process, holding the coalition responsible for consequences of the obstruction of the implementation of Sweden Agreement at all levels.

The meeting reviewed the report of the team charged with studying observations and proposals of more than 130 governmental and civil bodies on the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.

The Council issued its directives for taking in those observation and proposals within the vision.

In the same context, the Council reviewed the draft executive mechanism of the national vision, and directed the draft’s preparing team consisted of 45 academic and political experts to complete the draft.
