Israeli occupation forces arrest 11 Palestinians, including Hamas leaders in West Bank

SANAA, March 24 (YPA) – The Zionist enemy forces launched a campaign of arrests at dawn On Wednesday, against 11 Palestinians, including Hamas leaders, from various areas of the occupied West Bank.

According to Palestinian sources, the the occupation forces arrested Hamas leader Sheikh Jamal al-Taweel from his home in the town of Al-Bireh, less than two weeks after he was released from enemy prisons.

The same sources noted that enemy forces stormed the Jalazone refugee camp north of Ramallah and raided a number of houses belonging to Hamas operatives, and arrested Hamas leader Bajas Nakhla and his son.

Enemy forces also arrested seven citizens after after raiding their homes in Jalazone camp,  searching and tampering with their contents.

This followed clashes with Palestinians, during which enemy soldiers fired live bullets, sound bombs and tear gas heavily, while beating a number of them, smashing several houses and doors.

Enemy forces detained a doctor’s car during his brother’s arrest, and climbed the roofs of a number of houses after clashes broke out with Palestinians in the raided neighborhoods.
