Update: Saudi-led coalition resumes its bombing on several areas in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, Feb. 24 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition militants on Sunday continued their violations of the ceasefire in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

 According to the official, the coalition-backed militants fired over 25 artillery shells on several areas of Tuhitah district, damaging civilians’ properties.

The militants further fired over 47 artillery shells on several areas of  Durihami district, the official said

Earlier in the day, the militants shelled southern part of Khabatiya village and east of the village of Koa’ai village of Durihaimi district.

The militants further shelled Dhabayani neighborhood, Kamseen Street, Itihad and Qemah Hotels, with heavy machine guns.

 

Meanwhile, the Saudi-led coalition intensified its espionage flights over the sky of the city.
