Update: Army carries out offensive in Jawf

JAWF, Feb. 9 (YPA) – The Yemen army on Saturday carried out an offensive against sites of coalition-backed militias in Jawf province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

Dozens of the militias were killed and injured during the offensive in Waqz area of Maslup district, added the official.

Furthermore, the army fired artillery shells at the militias’ sites in the same front.
