President: We will not tolerate to blackmail traders

SANAA, March. 17(YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Saleh al-Samad stressed the need to step up all efforts to find out a mechanism that would contribute to overcoming the current challenges and defeating the aggression that aimed to undermine the country.

“We will not allow merchants and locomotive owners to be blackmailed by anyone, and the security and concerned authorities have to bring all those who exploit the current situation to justice,” al-Samad said.

Presidentl ordered the Secretary of the capital and provincial governors, to set up a clear mechanism to prevent the extortion of merchants and locomotive owners and to address the existing problems in this aspect.

He urged to strengthen local performance and to interact with the campaign of mobilization to the events of the third anniversary of Saudi-led aggression on Yemen.
