Saudi warplanes launch three airstrikes on Taiz

SAADA, Sept. 26 (YPA) – Saudi warplanes on Saturday launched a series of airstrikes on several areas in Saada province, northern Yemen.

Local sources reported that the Saudi warplanes targeted the border district of Qatabir with three airstrikes.

On Friday, Saudi forces launched missile strikes on areas in the Razih district and targeted scattered locations in the border district of Al-Dhahir with artillery shelling.

The military escalation comes amid ongoing airstrikes and bombardment along the governorate’s border regions, which have resulted in several casualties and fatalities in recent periods.
