Zionist settlers wound Palestinian and attack ambulance crew in Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM, Aug. 07 (YPA) – A Palestinian citizen was injured by live fire on Friday evening during an attack carried out by settlers on the village of Abu Najim, southeast of Bethlehem in the West Bank.

The Palestinian News Agency WAFA quoted a security source as saying that the settlers stormed the village and opened fire on the residents, resulting in the injury of one citizen.

The source explained that the settlers also intercepted an ambulance that was on its way to treat the injured person, smashing its windows and spraying the crew with pepper spray, causing them to suffer from suffocation.

After the attack, the settlers closed the main road leading to the village.
