Seven killed, including two Palestinians, in Israeli strikes on southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, June 21 (YPA) – Seven people, including two Palestinians, were killed in a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting areas in southern Lebanon, according to Lebanon’s National News Agency on Sunday.

The Emergency Operations Center of Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health said in a statement that five people, including a child and a woman, were killed in Israeli airstrikes on the town of Sohmor in the Western Beqaa region.

The center added that two Palestinians were killed in a separate Israeli strike targeting the Rashidieh refugee camp in the Tyre district.
