Israeli occupation army continue its violations of ceasefire in Gaza

GAZA, Dec. 19 (YPA) -The Israeli occupation army continues its violations of the ceasefire agreement on its 70th day across various areas of the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian sources reported that Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes, on Friday, on the cities of Khan Younis and Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

The sources added that helicopter opened fire heavily this morning east of Khan Younis.

They also stated that enemy artillery shelled the eastern areas of Khan Younis, amid intense gunfire from military vehicles.

The sources reported that Israeli gunboats fired heavily in the waters off the coast of Khan Younis.

In Rafah, Israeli gunboats fired toward fishermen’s boats off the coast of Rafah.

Israeli occupation warplanes also carried out an airstrike targeting the city of Rafah.

Yesterday, a child was killed and others were injured in an explosion caused by a suspicious object left behind from enemy remnants.

Since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11, 2025, the total number of martyrs has reached 395, with 1,088 injuries recorded, and 634 bodies recovered.
