Three citizens killed in fresh Israeli strikes on Lebanon

BEIRUT, Dec. 14 (YPA) – Lebanese people were killed and another was injured on Sunday in two separate Israeli occupation’s raids in the south of the country.

Local sources said the occupation’s drone waged a raid on a motorbike in the town of Yater and another strike a car between the towns of Safad al-Battikh and Barashit, in a new escalation of Israeli attacks on the southern regions.

In a later development, a member of a municipal council in the town of Joya, Tyre district, was martyred as a result of an Israeli raid targeting the town, bringing the death toll during the day to three.

The sources added that the artillery of the occupation targeted the Shanouh farm and Wadi Elias on the outskirts of the town of Halta belonging to the municipality of Kafr-Shuba in Nabatieh province, southern Lebanon.
