Islamic Jihad: Daily killings of Palestinians in West Bank constitute dangerous escalation

WEST BANK, Nov. 25 (YPA) – The Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement on Tuesday condemned the ongoing daily killings carried out against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.

In a statement, the movement said that the continued daily killings, systematic destruction, and grave violations committed by the Israeli occupation army and settler militias constitute a dangerous escalation aimed at taking innocent lives, seizing private property, tightening control over the land, and paving the way for the displacement and isolation of the Palestinian people and the takeover of their land.

The movement added that these practices represent a blatant violation of international law, UN resolutions, and the recommendations of the International Court of Justice, reinforcing what it described as Israel’s policy of repression and forced displacement.
