Hundreds of demonstrators rally in Melbourne to support Gaza

MELBOURNE, Sept. 14 (YPA) – Hundreds of demonstrators in Melbourne, Australia, held on Sunday a solidarity march with the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

In the march, participants denounced the and genocidal war and ongoing crimes that Israeli occupation has been committing against civilians in the Strip.

“What is happening in Gaza has amounted to crimes against humanity and genocide,” protesters added, criticizing the international community’s silence and failure to protect civilians.”

The protesters also called for the urgent and unrestricted delivery of humanitarian aid to the besieged Gaza Strip, stressing that the continuation of the war not only threatens Palestinians but also undermines all human values.
