Mass rallies staged in world’s capitals denouncing Israeli genocidal war on Gaza

SANAA, Aug. 24 (YPA) – Mass demonstrations were held on Saturday in Many cities and capitals around the world, denouncing the ongoing genocidal war the Israeli occupation forces’ been committing against the Palestinian people in Gaza for more than 22 months.

The demonstrations were held in support of the Palestinian people, demanding an end to the genocide and the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.

Thousands participated in demonstrations, which were organized in London, the Norwegian capital Oslo, the Syrian capital Damascus, South Korean capital Seoul, the Danish city Aarhus, Istanbul, Helsingborg, Sweden, and Stockholm.

According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), the participants raised Palestinian flags and banners condemning the crimes being committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians.

The protesters called for an end to double standards and the need to prosecute the Israeli enemy for its massacres against the Palestinian people, especially children.
