Violent explosions rock Al-Anad Air Base in Lahj

LAHJ, July 24 (YPA) – Violent explosions rocked Al-Anad Air Base, which is under the control of coalition forces in Lahj Governorate, southern Yemen, on Thursday evening.

A local source reported that the explosions occurred in a warehouse storing various weapons and shells, amid reports of casualties and material losses, while the cause remains unknown.

The source confirmed that the explosions were heard in various parts of the Al-Hawtah and Tuban areas and that flames and smoke rose into the sky over the base.
