Dozens of settlers storm Al-Aqsa Mosque compound

QUDS, July13 (YPA) – Dozens of Israeli settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on Sunday morning through the Mughrabi Gate, under heavy protection from Israeli occupation police.

According to the Islamic Waqf Department in occupied Jerusalem, groups of settlers entered the mosque’s courtyards in successive groups, touring the site and receiving explanations about the so-called “Temple Mount.”

Some were seen performing religious rituals and Talmudic prayers in the eastern part of the compound.

Meanwhile, the occupation police forces imposed strict restrictions on Palestinian worshippers, checking their ID at the gates and preventing many from entering the mosque.
