According to this report, the fate of the two fighter pilots is unknown and is under investigation.
Three advanced Israeli drones shot down in Ilam, western Iran
In this context, the deputy governor for security affairs in Ilam Province, western Iran, announced the downing of three advanced Israeli drones in the province, according to the Al-Alam channel website.
The deputy governor stated that the country’s air defense network, stationed in Ilam, immediately intervened after a number of small drones and reconnaissance vehicles breached the province’s airspace and was able to destroy three advanced Israeli drones in various areas.
He added, “Yesterday, we witnessed several explosions and attacks in various parts of the province due to Israeli missiles, but the atmosphere is now calm and no attacks have been recorded so far.”
He emphasized that the armed forces and air defense network are on full alert, and that in the event of any infiltration into the country, they will respond to the enemy as quickly as possible.
A small Israeli drone was shot down in Shiraz
According to Al-Alam TV, air defense forces in Shiraz shot down a small Israeli drone today near a military industrial center. The drone was approaching a sensitive facility, but rapid intervention completely destroyed it. The situation at the facility is now stable.
Iranian air defense forces announced yesterday that they had shot down two Israeli warplanes and captured a pilot after downing one of the drones.
