GAZA, May 25 (YPA) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said that a meaningful and uninterrupted flow of aid into Gaza is the only way to prevent the current disaster from spiraling further.
“The least needed is 500-600 trucks every day managed through the UN including UNRWA,” the UN agency wrote on X.

It added, “The people of Gaza cannot wait any longer.”
Gaza has been enduring a deepening humanitarian and relief crisis since March 2,due to the ongoing Israeli blockade that continues to prevent the entry of essential aid.
At the same time, the occupation is planning to set up specific distribution centers in southern Gaza—areas under its military control—raising concerns over its intentions. Reports also suggest coordination with US-based companies with military affiliations to oversee future aid distribution, even as entry remains restricted.
