Sanaa to issue important statement amidst Gaza ceasefire

SANAA, Jan. 20 (YPA) – Sanaa’s military spokesperson, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, said earlier today that an important statement will be issued by the Yemeni Armed Forces in the coming hours.

This statement comes just hours after the ceasefire agreement between the Israeli occupation and the Palestinian resistance in Gaza took effect.

In this conflict, the Yemeni Armed Forces played a significant role in support and targeting the Zionist deep positions.

It is noteworthy that since the beginning of 2024, the Yemeni forces have been engaged in confrontations with US forces following the latter’s attempt to contain the Yemeni military operations.

According to observers, there is widespread anticipation at the local, Arab, and international levels regarding the content of the upcoming military statement from Sanaa, which is expected to contain surprises and implications following the Gaza agreement.
