HADRAMOUT, Dec. 18 (YPA) – The tribes of the Hadramout alliance, “Hadramout Tribal Confederacy,” threatened with armed escalation against any neglect by the Saudi-led coalition and its loyal government of their declared demands since last July.
Local sources reported that the tribal alliance is in the process of studying the next escalation plan by equipping hundreds of armed men towards the crude oil transport lines starting from Ras Abboul in Gail Ben Yameen to the Al-Dabbah oil port.
The sources explained that the alliance had settled the issue of the quantity of crude oil present in the Al-Dabba tanks in advance in favor of Hadramout Electricity, away from manipulation and procrastination by the pro-coalition government and the president of the “Leadership Council,” Rashad Al-Alimi.
The “Leadership Council” was criticized by the tribal alliance for not being serious in implementing the legitimate demands of the people of Hadramout, which aimed to alleviate suffering from natural wealth revenues and achieve a fair partnership with other government components.
