Lack of food, water threatens dozens of wounded in Gaza hospitals to death

GAZA, Dec. 11 (YPA) – About 60 wounded in the Indonesian Hospital, north of the Gaza Strip, are facing the risk of death due to the lack of food and water, The Gaza-based Ministry of Health reported on Tuesday.

The ministry said in a statement that the humanitarian situation inside the “Indonesian” hospital has become extremely dangerous, as the wounded lack basic needs, which increases their suffering in light of the difficult conditions imposed by the Zionist enemy forces.

The statement called on all concerned parties and humanitarian organizations to intervene immediately to provide the necessary assistance to save the lives of these patients who depend on external support to stay alive.

“This crisis comes at a time when the northern Gaza Strip is suffering from tragic conditions, which requires urgent action from the international community to provide the necessary support and assistance and to stand up to its responsibilities,” it added.

The Zionist enemy forces has been continuing for the 431st consecutive day to commit the genocidal war in the Gaza Strip by launching dozens of airstrikes and artillery shelling against civilians and families inside the populated areas, which is leading a catastrophic humanitarian situation.
