Hezbollah launches series of attacks on Israeli military positions

BEIRUT, Aug. 21 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon (Hezbollah) carried out on Tuesday a series of attacks  on Israeli military positions in several occupied areas, using drones and rockets.

In a series of statements, Hezbollah confirmed that its fighters had targeted the “Ramia” site with heavy artillery shells, hitting it directly.

Hezbollah’s fighters also targeted the “Ya’ara” barracks (the headquarters of the Western Brigade 300) with a barrage of Katyusha rockets.

Moreover, they targeted the “Metat” barracks and a deployment of enemy soldiers in its vicinity with barrages of Katyusha rockets.

Furthermore, Hezbollah carried out an aerial attack using swarms of attack drones on the on the headquarters of the 7th Armored Brigade of the 210th Golan Division in the “Katsavia” Barracks, targeting the positions and deployments of its officers and soldiers and hitting their targets accurately.

Meanwhile, Israeli media sources reported that northern Israel is witnessing a significant rocket attack from Lebanon, with a heavy barrage of rockets and drones hitting the region.

Channel 12 in Israel reported that “120 rockets and drones were launched today from Lebanon towards the northern settlements, and explosions were heard in  the Western Galilee earlier today.
