Iraq’s Islamic Resistance hits port of Ashkelon with missiles

BAGHDAD, May 06 (YPA) – The “Islamic Resistance in Iraq” announced on Monday that it had targeted the Ashkelon oil port in the Palestinian territories with “Cruise” missiles.

The resistance said in a statement, “In continuation of our approach to resisting the Israeli occupation and supporting our people in Gaza, and in response to the massacres committed by the usurping entity against Palestinian civilians, including children, women, and the elderly, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq targeted the Ashkelon oil port on Monday.”

It added in the statement that the targeting operation was carried out using an upgraded Al-Arqab cruise missile.

In its statement, the resistance confirmed the continuation of its operations against the Zionist enemy entity.
