Iraq’s drones attack Israeli targets in Syria

BAGHDAD, Jan. 21 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Iraq confirmed that it targeted a Israeli military target in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights.

The resistance affirmed in a statement that drones were used in the operation on Saturday.

The statement explained the operation comes as part of its ongoing approach to resist the Zionist enemy and its massacres committed in Gaza, and to support the Palestinian people.

Within the framework of supporting the Palestinian people and its resistance, the Iraqi resistance has been carrying out operations against American military bases in Syria and Iraq, in addition to Zionist targets in Palestine for nearly three months.
