STC sets 3 conditions to stop its escalation in Aden

ADEN, June 15 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) put forward conditions to end its escalation in the southern Yemeni city of Aden.

According to media sources, the STC set conditions on the head of the “Presidential Leadership Council” loyal to Saudi-led coalition, to dismiss the head of pro-coalition government (Moeen Abdulmalik), appoint another one loyalist of the STC, and remove of the first military region loyal to the Islah Party from Seiyun and the rest of the districts of Wadi Hadramout.

The sources added that Al-Alimi failed to convene a meeting of the leadership council to contain the tension.

They pointed out that Saudi Arabia did not issue any firm reaction to the escalation of the STC.
