Al-Jabwani expects uprising in Aden

ADEN, June 15 (YPA) – The former minister of transport in the Saudi-led coalition-affiliated government, Saleh al-Jabwani, confirmed that the city of Aden, southern Yemen, will witness an uprising of the hungry people against the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC).

Saleh al-Jabwani said in a post on Twitter: “The STC’s screaming, threats and promises against the pro-coalition government and its failed policies are all lies and method of throwing dust in the eyes.”

He added: “How can they stand this position when they are partners in this government? They continued to lie and sell illusion to simple people, otherwise let them resign. Unfortunately, there are those who believe them.”

Al-Jabwani stressed that “the uprising of the hungry people should primarily target the STC.”
