ADEN, June 07 (YPA) -The head of the “government” loyal to the Saudi-led coalition, Moeen Abdul-Malik, revealed to the UN envoy the reality of the situation in the city of Aden, informed sources said.
The sources said that the office of Moeen Abdul-Malik told the UN envoy that “Aden is not suitable for the establishment of the new roadmap for development and holding the conference, which was bearing the slogan of sustainable development instead of aid,” which the United Nations wanted to establish in Aden, and Moeen asked to transfer it to Taiz.
Observers considered that the moves of Moeen Abdul Malik come due to the conflict between the “government” loyal to the coalition and the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC), which refuses to supply revenues to the account of the government, which suffers from a deficit in the sectors of salaries and electricity, forcing Moeen to leave the city weeks ago with the confirmation of bankruptcy of his government.
