Omani academic: Al-Arabiya and Al-Hadath are channels of sedition and disinformation

SANAA, Sept. 05 (YPA) – A prominent Omani academic on Monday has described some Arab channels as misleading and promoting sedition.

“Al-Arabiya and Al-Hadath are disinformation and sedition channels,” Professor Haidar Al-Lawati said on a tweet on Twitter, accusing them of being the spearhead of conspiracy against Yemen and other Arab countries.

Al-Lawati added, “For years I have been following the role of sedition channels in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Iran, Libya, Lebanon, and Palestine, they have been the spearhead of conspiracy against these countries.”

He continued: “The industry of lying and disinformation was practiced until the homelands were ignited by sedition and wars, at first Al Jazeera was their ‘great one who taught them magic’ and now Al-Arabiya is their elder along with Al-Hurra and Al-Hadath.”
