Army attacks Saudi troop in Najran

NAJRAN, June 19 (YPA) – The army carried out on Tuesday an offensive military operation on Saudi-backed militiamen’ gatherings in Najran border province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The offensive took place in  front Khadhra border crossing, killing and wounding dozens of the militiamen.

Meanwhile, artillery force of the army targeted gatherings of the militiamen in Boqea desert and in front of Khadhra crossing, causing direct casualties.

Furthermore, engineering unit of the army destroyed on Sunday a military vehicle, loaded with militiamen, by an explosive device in Boqea desert, as well as a Saudi soldier was sniped in Sawh area in front of Najran.
