MARIB, Aug. 30 (YPA) – Several commanders loyal to the Saudi-led coalition were killed and wounded on Monday in battles taking place near the city of Marib, local sources said.
The sources affirmed that the violent clashes erupted in areas of “Al-Masherif”, “Baqtha” and “Abzakh” mountains of Rahba district between the coalition forces and the Yemeni army.
The sources confirmed that the coalition forces suffered from heavy losses, including many military leaders as sheikh “Mishli Ali Al-Dhib Al-Muradi,” the head of the General People’s Congress branch in Rahba district, and Ahmed Hussein Talib Al-Qardei,” and Ali Saleh Ali Al-Dheeb Al-Jumaili, “Abdul-Khaleq Abed Rabbo Al-Qubaisi Al-Janahi”, as well as to “Mohammad Saleh Ahmed Abu Asha”, “Ahmed Hizam Al-Amri Al-Janahi”, and “Mohammed Sha’ea Hussain Al-Qardei”.
