NCM alerts against dust wave continuing within coming hours

SANAA, Jun 2 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) warned citizens against a dust wave sweeping several Yemeni provinces within the coming 24 hours.

The center affirmed that the wave would swept the governorates of Marib, Jawf, Shabwa and eastern Saada and moving west towards the mountainous heights.

It said the temperatures would rise during the day with the activity of surface winds on the desert areas and work to raise dust and sand.

The center advised motorists to drive carefully on desert roads and mountain slopes and take the necessary precautions due to the sudden low visibility on these roads.
