Sanaa’s Judicial Council approves admission criteria for Judicial Institute, draft judicial guardianship regulations
SANAA, July 28 (YPA) – The Supreme Judicial Council in Sanaa, during its regular meeting on Monday, approved a number of important decisions related to judicial education and the organization of judicial work.
The decisions included approval of the admission policy criteria for the Higher Judicial Institute for the 26th batch of graduate studies, as well as the third batch of the Criminal Sciences Diploma for Prosecution Members.
The council also approved the final results of the second batch of students in the Criminal Sciences Diploma, Continuing Education Division, and approved their appointment to the rank of Assistant Public Prosecutor (B). The council’s approvals also included the Supreme Court’s judicial statistics and the Judicial Inspection Authority’s performance report for the first half of last year, 1446 AH.
In an important organizational step, the Supreme Judicial Council approved the draft Judicial Guardianship Regulations. This draft aims to regulate the work of judicial guardianship over disputed assets before the judiciary, define its cases and conditions, and establish related legal procedures and controls. The draft includes the obligations and responsibilities of the judicial guardian to ensure the protection of disputed funds.
