Zionist forces demolish 4 Palestinian homes in al-Quds

SANAA, Feb. 22 (YPA) –  The Zionist enemy forces on Monday demolished four Palestinian homes, in the town of Issawiya, north of occupied al-Quds.

Wafa news agency reported that the enemy forces stormed the town with a number of bulldozers and demolished four houses.

The agency explained that among the houses that were demolished, a two-storey residential building containing four apartments belonging to the family of Haris al-Aqsa, Fadi Elyan, was near the entrance to the town of Issawiya in occupied Jerusalem, less than 24 hours after the notification of its demolition.

Al-Quds sources reported that a large force of the enemy army, accompanied by military bulldozers, arrived at the town, imposed a security and military cordon on the place, and proceeded to demolish the building owned by the family of the official of the guards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning period, Fadi Ali Elyan.

The enemy soldiers also stormed the center of Hebron in the West Bank and dug and bulldozed areas of Palestinian lands.

Imad Hamdan, director of the Hebron Reconstruction Committee, told WAFA that the occupation forces stormed Al-Shuhada Street in the center of Hebron and carried out excavation and bulldozing work to expand a settlement outpost on Palestinian lands there.

Within the framework of implementing its aggressive Judaization plans, the occupation forces are escalating the demolition of homes and properties of Palestinians in the West Bank, especially in the occupied city of al-Quds, in light of the international community’s disregard for Palestinian demands for urgent intervention to stop the demolitions that lead to displacement and displacement of Palestinians and the need to implement UN Resolution 2334, which calls for an immediate halt to settlements .
