Obaida tribes gunmen seize 2 trucks carrying money going to Shabwa

SHABWA, Dec. 8 (YPA) – Obaida tribes gunmen seized on Tuesday two trucks carrying money were on road to Shabwa province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources confirmed that armed groups of Obaida tribes cut off road which links Marib and Shabwa and intercepted two trucks loaded with money were transported secretly from Marib bank towards Ataq city of Shabwa province.

Obaida sheikhs, in coordination with a number of sheikhs from Marib tribes, warned on Monday Islah party’s military and political leaders against emptying the central bank of the governorate’s revenues.
