PM stresses importance of completing Sanaa urban plan

SANAA, Nov. 1 (YPA) – Prime Minister, Abdulaziz bin Habtoor stressed on Sunday the importance of the completion of the general urban plan for Sanaa province.

Bin Habtoor noted, during his meeting with Sanaa governor, Abdul Basit Al-Hadi, that the plan would represent the great importance of preserving agricultural lands and curbing random construction.

The Prime Minister pointed out the government’s keenness to support the efforts of the province in facing the challenges and meeting the urgent needs of the governorate and its citizens.

Meanwhile, Al-Hadi referred to the efforts exerted by the local authority, in cooperation with the ministries and relevant authorities, to reduce the current difficulties, including the endeavor to address land issues, as well as urban planning and afforestation.
