Iran’s Supreme Leader directs message to French people in their language
TEHRAN, Oct. 30 (YPA) – The Supreme Leader of Iran, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, on Thursday directed a message in French to French people.
In a tweet on Twitter, Khamenei wrote:” Hey guys of France! Ask your president, why does he support insulting God’s Prophet and considers that freedom of expression?”
He continued: ”Does freedom mean directing hostility and insult to the holy personalities? Is not this foolish act an insult to the feelings of the people who elected him as their president?”
Khamenei also wondered, saying “Why is questioning the Holocaust considered a crime?”
He referred that whoever writes anything about the Holocaust, shall be imprisoned, while the abuse of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is permissible in France.
