Sanaa, Riyadh delegations sign executive plan for prisoner exchange agreement

GENEVA, Sep. 27 (YPA) – Sanaa and Riyadh delegations to the Swiss Montreux negotiations signed on Sunday evening the executive plan for the first phase of the prisoner exchange agreement to be implemented during (15-17 October, 2020), a source familiar with the negotiations said.

Earlier in the day, the negotiating delegations signed a preliminary agreement to release 1,081 prisoners from both sides as a first batch, which includes the release of 680 prisoners of the army and the popular committees and 400 prisoners of the other side, including 15 Saudi captives and four Sudanese.
