Six terrorists arrested in Salah al-Din province of Iraq

SALAH AL-DIN, Aug. 8 (YPA) – The Iraqi Ministry of Interior on Saturday announced that the Intelligence Agency had arrested six terrorists in Salah al-Din province.

After receiving information about the presence of a number of terrorists who fled from Kirkuk province to Salah al-Din, the security forces tightened the noose around them and managed to arrest six terrorists in separate areas of the province, the ministry said in a statement.

The ministry added that through preliminary investigations with them, they admitted their affiliation with these criminal gangs and that they had participated in several terrorist operations against security forces and citizens during ISIS control in past periods.
