UAE-backed STC seeks to drag Mahrah province to conflict: Official

MAHRAH, Nov. 19 (YPA) – Deputy Mahrah province Badr Kalchat affirmed that the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council carried out movements to drag the province to conflict and violence.

Kalchat warned, in a statement, the STC of its provocative movements, confirming tribes and sheikhs of the province would not allow that.

He added that the militias backed by the UAE seek to carry out the security anarchy and create conflicts between residents of the province.
