Update: Yemeni army foils Saudi-led mercenaries’ infiltration attempt in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, Nov. 3 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by the popular committees on Sunday foiled an infiltration attempt by Saudi-led coalition’s mercenaries towards army’s locations in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the mercenaries tried to advance towards the east part of Tuhytah district but were foiled by the army forces.

Meanwhile, the coalition forces fired more than nine artillery shells on citizens’ homes and farms in the same district, the official added.
