Sayyed al-Houthi: ‘Iranian response to Israeli aggression is effective, earth-shattering’
SANAA, June 19 (YPA) – Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi accused on Thursday the Israeli enemy of committing systematic genocide in the Gaza Strip.
During his weekly televised speech regarding the latest developments in the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip and Iran, Sayyed al-Houthi stressed that the daily crimes against civilians, including women and children, and the bombing of aid centers have revealed the true face of the occupation, which respects no law or humanitarian norms.
“The enemy’s strategy is based on the simultaneous use of starvation and massacres,” Sayyed Abdul-Malik said. “The relief distribution centers have become fixed targets for Israeli aggression, in a clear will to commit genocide through multiple tools, including blockades and obstruction of aid, in coordination with the US administration.”
Regarding developments in the occupied city of Al-Quds, Sayyed al-Houthi considered the closure and storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the occupation forces a dangerous development that falls within the enemy’s attempts to impose new facts on the ground, aiming at Judaizing the Al-Aqsa Mosque and fully controlling it.
He pointed out that transforming the surroundings of Al-Aqsa Mosque into a military barracks has revealed premeditated escalatory intentions that require a firm Islamic stance.
Regarding the Israeli attacks on the Damascus countryside and Quneitra of Syria, leader Al-Houthi affirmed that the military operations, which included night raids, field executions, and the arrest of disabled individuals, represented a blatant violation of Syrian sovereignty and revealed the expansionist and criminal nature of the enemy.
Ansarullah movement leader warned of the danger of Israel’s continued violation of Syrian, Iraqi, and Jordanian airspace, considering this a direct result of the full American cover and the shameful official Arab silence regarding these repeated violations.
Commenting on the recent Israeli-American aggression against Iran, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi described the aggression as failing and exposed,” noting that the Iranian response came at a crucial time and was of a painful magnitude that has put the Zionist entity in an unprecedented state of confusion and fear.
He emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran has proven itself to be a pioneering and independent Islamic power, which refuses to surrender and embraces the nation’s causes, foremost among them the Palestinian cause.
Sayyed al-Houthi added that Iran’s continued support of the resistance has made it a constant target for Zionist and Western attacks.
The movement leader added that “the Iranian nuclear issue is just a pretext and that the true Western hostility toward Tehran stems from its status as a non-subservient state pursuing an independent Islamic renaissance project.”
Sayyed Al-Houthi strongly criticized the Western duplicity that allows the Israeli occupation to possess nuclear weapons without any oversight while besieging Iran.
“If nuclear weapons represent a threat to humanity, then the first entity that must be prevented is the Zionist entity, which has no moral or legal deterrent,” he added.
Finally, he reiterated the Yemeni military operations against the Israeli enemy and the ban on Zionist navigation in the Red Sea to continue, noting that Yemen is present in the nation’s battle, alongside the Palestinian people, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and all free people in the region.
