24 Israeli spies arrested west of Tehran

TEHRAN, June 19 (YPA) – The commander of the security forces in western Tehran province announced Thursday evening the arrest of 24 Israeli spies in western Tehran province.

Tasnim News Agency reported that the commander of the security forces announced the arrest of the spies thanks to public reports, intelligence monitoring, and round-the-clock operations by the western Tehran police.

He explained that “the 24 individuals were spying for the Israeli enemy in real and virtual space through systematic activities aimed at raising concerns among citizens, distorting the reality, and distorting the image of the Iranian regime. They were handed over to the relevant judicial authorities.”
