Child injured in shelling of residential neighborhood in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, Oct. 16 (YPA) – Saudi-led coalition and the UAE have inflicted more civilian casualties in Hodeidah due to the ongoing bombardment by coalition gunmen on homes and civilian facilities in the countryside and neighborhoods of the city.

A security source in Hodeidah confirmed that “a child was injured on Wednesday as a result of an attack carried out by the Saudi-led aggression, targeting the homes of citizens in al-Zahowr neighborhood in al- Hali district.”

A few days ago, a female child was killed when Saudi-led aggression cluster bomb remnants went off in Hays district. The bomb was dropped by the Saudi-led aggression coalition on the district earlier.

The bomb was fired by the Saudi-led aggression coalition and its mercenaries towards the district earlier.

The local authority announced that hundreds of civilians had been killed and wounded by coalition missiles on the provincial and city districts since the signing of the Swedish agreement and the ceasefire was declared in mid-December.
