Update: Yemeni army shoots two Saudi-led mercenaries in Jizan

JIZAN, Oct. 17 (YPA) – Sniper units of the Yemeni army on late Wednesday managed to shoot two mercenrires hired by  Saudi-led coalition mercenaries in Jizan border province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the mercenaries were killed in sniping attacks, which took place in front of Qais mountain.

Earlier in the day, the Yemeni army forces  shelled gatherings of mercenaries hired by Saudi-led coalition in Gais, Mashal Mountains and Wadi Jarrah off Al-Khoba district.

According to the official, dozens of mercenaries were killed and wounded in the artillery attack that targeted their gatherings.

On Tuesday, the Yemen army repelled an attack of coalition-backed mercenaries in front of Qais mountain. Dozens of the mercenaries were killed and injured during repelling their offensive, the official said.
