Mass displacement in Abyan due to military reinforcements

ABYAN, Sept. 19 (YPA) – Military reinforcements of Saudi-backed forces and UAE-backed “Southern Transitional Council militias” have displaced dozens of families from The City of Zinjibar, the capital of Abyan province, local sources reported.

According to local sources, hundreds of citizens were displaced from the Sheikh Salem area of Zinjibar District, 12 km from the eastern side of Khanfar district as a result of military reinforcements of UAE militias to the area, and the continued mobilization of Hadi and Al-Islah forces to the coastal city of Shaqra.
