Three Egyptian policemen killed, wounded in Cairo

SANAA, April (YPA) – At least three Egyptian security personnel were killed and wounded in an armed attack in the eastern Cairo City, Egyptian media reported on Sunday.

“Unknown gunmen attacked a security force in Al-Nozha area in Cairo while they were on a security mission,” security sources said.

The attack left one police officer dead and two other security personnel wounded, one of the sources said.

“Operation reaches for the attackers are under way and surveillance cameras are being screened in the vicinity of the incident,” the sources added.
