Israeli forces arrest five Palestinians in West Bank

SANAA, April 6 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces on Saturday have arrested five Palestinian youths in the West Bank.

Palestinian sources reported that the occupation forces arrested the free captive, at a checkpoint near the entrance to the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, and erected a checkpoint in Khirbet al-Deir in the town of Teqoa, southeast of Bethlehem.

In Jerusalem, the occupation arrested Sheikh Ra’fat Najib from his home in the Old City, and Tawfiq Abu Dahem and Ahmed Abu Arafa were arrested following their departure from the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

 Israeli settlers abducted Ra’ed Aslem Radwan from Azzoun town while he was near the entrance to Ezbet el-Doctor village east of Qalqilya.

 

Violent confrontations broke out between the youths and the Israeli occupation forces at Al-Shuhada roundabout near the Qabatiya district of Jenin, which lasted for several hours.
