Army Spokesman: Saudi-led coalition commits 367 violations of cease-fire accord over the past 4 days
SANAA, Feb. 4 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition and its militias have committed 367 violations of UN-brokered cease-fire in Hodeidah over the past four days, Yemen’s army spokesman Yahya Sarie said in a statement on Monday.
According to the army spokesman, violations were divided between the firing 16 rockets and 216 artillery shells, 91 medium and light weapons fire and 34 reinforcements and movements.
He indicated that the coalition–backed militants carried out attacks on Yemeni army’s positions in Shajan area and another attempt to infiltrate towards north-east of Durihami district.
The militants also built ramparts and fortifications, while the Saudi-led coalition warplanes and reconnaissance aircraft continued to fly intermittently over the sky of Hodeidah city and a number of directorates, Yahya Sarie said.
He added that the Saudi-led aggression warplanes launched 85 airstrikes on Sveral Yemen Provinces over the past four days.
In Hajjah, the US-backed Saudi-led coalition waged ten air strikes on Haradh and Hiran districts, two air strikes on Kushar district, an air strike on Mastaba area and two other air strikes on Nazraq area.
In Saada, the coalition warplanes launched 12 airstrikes on Baqim , 14 air strikes on Kitaf district, three on Malahet area, eight airstrikes on Bani Moath and one air strikes on Hidan district.
In Capital Sanaa, three airstrikes were waged on Sawaan district.
In Sanaa, the Saudi-led coalition launched 11 air strikes on Nihem district and one other on Bani Hashiash district.
In Marib, one air strike was waged by the coalition on Sirwah district.
In Taiz, the Saudi-led coalition launched an air strike on Wazieah district.
In Amran, five air strikes were on several areas of the province.
In Bayda, the coalition warplanes waged five air strikes on Marashi area and two others air strikes on Ham district in Jawf province.
In Najran, the Saudi-led warplanes launched three air strikes on Wadi Jarah.
